In Hong Kong, there are three types of most common termite: drywood, dampwood and subterranean termites. Both drywood and dampwood termites form small colonies and live entirely in wood without contact with soil. Drywood termites only attack dry and sound wood, while dampwood termites usually attack damp and decay wood.
For subterranean termites, their colony size is very large and they can forage over 100 meters from the nest. They build nests in the soil, attack woods that are directly in contact with soil and construct mud tubes. Due to their aggressive nature and large population size, subterranean termites are one of the most destructive pests in the world.
Once discovered, you should not attempt to kill the termites your own and disturb the mud tubes they have built, because it could cause the termites to spread out, making eradication more difficult. 1 - TERMITE INSPECTION

2.1 - BAITING SYSTEM
Baiting System is a control program of eliminating termite colonies. Baits are placed in areas where termites are active in advance. After termite workers eat the baits, they carry baits back to the colony and feed them to termite soldiers and other members. Then, baits will spread throughout the entire colony. Our technicians will check-up regularly and refill according to needs after dispansing baits.
2.2 - TERMITICIDE SPRAYING
Through the method of spraying termiticides, treatments specifically for areas that have been infested by termites are carried out. This method is generally applied to wooden door frames or other wooden furniture etc., where there is a need for immediate treatments. Our expertise can greatly reduce the impact of spraying on drcorations and guarantee the control effectiveness at the same time.
2.3 - TERMITE SLAB DRILLING
Holes are drilled in the paths of termite access and terimiticides are injected into the soil so as to form a chemical barrier that termites cannot cross and achieve effective containment. Even if termite workers pass through the barrier accidentally, they will die due to their body being stained with termiticides. As a result, the area surrounded by the barrier will be a termite-free zone.
